NGO / MTÜ (Non-Profit Association) Registration

Features of the MTÜ and the service:

• MTÜ (mittetulundusühing) nonprofit entity - equivalent to NGO/NPO/CBO

• Fully operational EU entity, suits for non-profit and charity

• No mandatory capital requirement

• A minimum of two members is required, and each member must have a valid e-residency

• OÜ company can be one of the members

• All persons must have collected a valid e-Residency ID

• Entity registration completed in 5 business days with e-Residency ID

• Standard template of founders' agreement

• Standard template of Articles of Association

• Digital copies of the entity registration extract and Articles of Association are provided in .pdf format

• Expense management app Costpocket for easy submission and organizing of your expense documents

• Customer support via e-mail

• Receipt and distribution of donations are subject to tax laws*

• The entity may sell goods and services*

• The entity is VAT compatible*

• Bank account/IBAN service/PSP/payment gateway/debit card/PayPal compatible**

• The service also requires a Virtual Office and Authorized Contact Person service purchased
  for €149+VAT per 12 months.

Compliance Requirement: As a regulated and licensed company, it’s mandatory for us to understand our customers and their businesses adequately. Per the terms and conditions of this service, you are responsible for submitting copies of all entity invoices, contracts, expense documents, and bank account statements via the Costpocket app by the 5th of each subsequent month. The Costpocket app is integrated into this service and will be set up for your use. Compliance with these terms is crucial for continuous service provision. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified timeframe and manner may result in the discontinuation of our services.
