How does the advisory service work?

1. Submit your question

Describe your situation and the questions you would like us to address. Providing relevant background information and documents helps us give you a more useful and accurate response.

2. We assign the right specialist

Your request is reviewed and assigned to a senior advisor with experience in the relevant area, such as taxation, accounting, VAT, employment or company administration.

3. Your advisor reviews the matter

The advisor dedicates the necessary professional time to understanding your situation, reviewing the relevant information and preparing a practical response.

4. Receive your written advice

You will normally receive our response by e-mail within 1–2 business days.

The €99 fee includes up to 1 hour of service time. If the matter requires more extensive research or work, we will let you know. Additional time is charged at €160 per hour.

Why is the advisory service paid?

Sunio receives a large number of questions from e-residents, company owners and international entrepreneurs.

Many questions require more than a quick general answer. Taxation, VAT, accounting, employment and company law can depend on the specific circumstances of the business, and giving useful guidance often requires a specialist to review the facts and consider how the relevant rules apply.

With our paid advisory service, your question is assigned to a specialist in the relevant field who can dedicate sufficient time to your case and provide a more considered, practical and useful response.

The advisory fee allows us to provide individual attention rather than a generic answer based on limited information.

What is included in the €99 fee?

The service includes:

  • up to 1 hour of professional advisory time

  • review of the information you provide

  • assessment by a senior advisor in the relevant field

  • a written response by e-mail

  • practical guidance on the questions included in your request

If the work required exceeds one hour, additional time is charged at €160 per hour.
